Dark Horse Debuts Star Wars Series in Spanish

Last month, Dark Horse Comics—in conjunction with Lucas Books—launched a new line of Spanish-language Star Wars graphic novels. The original series includes titles featuring characters from the original trilogy as well as prequel heroes. The first three Spanish-language books published include a juvenile title based on the Cartoon Network’s animated Clone Wars cartoons (La Guerra de los Clones). “These books represent the first step in trying to get our Spanish-language program going, which we hope will extend into some of our other lines,” Dark Horse publicist Jeremy Atkins said. The titles will initially be available in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.
